Clinical Supervision

Dr. Cecily provides supervision for Texas LPC-Associates seeking a supportive, challenging, and growth-oriented environment. She specializes in trauma-focused counseling, EMDR, TBRI, and culturally responsive care, with a strong emphasis on equipping clinicians to serve diverse populations with confidence and skill.

Dr. Cecily’s approach blends clinical skill-building with professional identity development. She prioritizes creating a safe space for reflection, feedback, and problem-solving while integrating trauma-informed and culturally competent practices. Her guidance is collaborative, clear, and grounded in real-world application.

Supervision sessions are held weekly, either virtually or in person, and last 60 minutes. Dr. Cecily offers both individual and group supervision, with group sessions capped to ensure personalized feedback. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate the Associate’s caseload and work-life balance.

Individual Supervision: $300/month

Group Supervision: $200/month

Monthly fees include access to resources, case consultation, and ongoing professional support.
